We are friends and loved ones of Brianna and we are raising funds to help aid her in helping pay for both current and on going medical costs.

Brianna was recently admitted to the ICU cardiac unit with a life-threatening thyroid storm. After five days in the hospital, many tests and medications, they were able to stabilize Brianna, and send her home under medical supervision. After more tests with an endocrinologist, she has been diagnosed with a life-altering autoimmune disease known as Graves Disease. Her condition will need to be managed by some lifestyle changes, and ongoing medical interventions and possibly surgery.

Although Brianna is now obtaining medical insurance, she did not have medical insurance at the time of her emergency. She will be negotiating her medical costs with the hospital but still estimates the costs to be somewhere between $50,000-$100,000. Many people in this situation are forced to file for medical bankruptcy. It is our hope that with the support of her community, she will be able to avoid medical bankruptcy by bringing down her total owed medical bills to a manageable payment plan with the hospital. All financial support given to this Go Fund Me will go to the cost of her current medical bills.
