The fourth anniversary of the Kamloops Indian Band's false claim that the "remains of 215 children" had been "confirmed" in an old apple orchard next to the former residential school is fast approaching. This May 2021 announcement led Canada to be denounced as a "genocidal" country, resulting in dozens of church burnings. It was not a mistake, and turned out to be a carefully orchestrated deception. I, along with the Kamloops journalist Simon Hergott, intend to investigate this subterfuge and duplicity. We are completely independent, and so we need your support to produce this very important investigative documentary.
The deception relies on the destruction of the idea of Truth, and how this has caused massive institutional failure. Institutions such as universities and the media are not functioning properly, and, as a result, the Kamloops Indian Band has been able to receive $12.1 million in government funding for excavations without having to put one shovel in the ground. The deception also has led the government to provide $320 million to bands across Canada to undertake searches for non-existent "missing children", as well as pushing through lawsuits and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
Simon and I need the funding for editing and to travel to Kamloops, Abbotsford, Vancouver and Victoria. We already have produced one documentary - WHAT REMAINS - on how the Kamloops "mass graves" announcement impacted the town of Powell River; this shows that we can do quality work that is highly informative. By funding this documentary you can be a participant in helping to put Canada on a more truthful and democratic foundation.
