Granting some grace

At some point in all of our lives we just need a helping hand during a difficult period of our journey. That little bit of grace from others can help make the hard times feel less crushing. I am starting this go fund me for friends who need just that little bit, to help relieve some pressure as they heal from medical hardship.

Katie and Brandon are two amazing people who give of themselves in all that they do, if there was ever a moment I needed something, they have stepped up, it’s my turn. Not too long ago Katie almost lost her life during surgery, she almost didn’t make it and Brandon stayed by her side as much as he could. She miraculously made it back to us all and still faces surgery which has now been delayed and more diagnostics are required. While this delay happens Katie is suffering with debilitating pain, and financial stress has been very heavy for them both as she cannot work. Brandon gives of himself to his job as a paramedic and to his little family but the pressure to keep up is difficult. *Update* after suffering from sepsis, Katie is now being sent to PG for surgery and we all await to see how it goes, as there is a lot of triggering emotion from the last surgery.
