Grant Slater home care fund

Our dear friend Grant Slater’s preliminary diagnosis last year was hydrocephalus, but it turns out that he’s been hit by full-blown Alzheimer’s. Grant’s family is determined to keep him at home as things progress, which is a good thing. Last year we collected almost 20K on GoFundMe, which enabled Grant and his wife Kim to travel to The Cleveland Clinic several times, and there’s still some money in the kitty. However, taking care of Grant isn’t going to be cheap. (I can’t believe I’m even talking about this. Of all the people to be struck down with Alzheimer’s. I’ve never met a soul who doesn’t love Grant Slater.)

     Anyone who knows Grant and Kim will realize how humbled they are to find themselves in this position, but screw it. It’s Grant Slater! ❤️
