Grant Her Last Wish: Visit Orlando

My wife has several medical conditions. One of them effecting her heart. On December 26,2024 she was given 7 months to live if she didn’t have an operation that only has 3% survival rate. As she has chosen not to do the surgery she does have one final request. She wants to go to Orlando before she passes away. If anyone can help us get her there that would mean a great deal to our family.
