Hello, and thank you for visiting Grant's page.
Grant Dennison is an amazing 16-year-old from Evansville, Indiana. Grant was diagnosed with metastatic cancer, which was later determined to be a rare form of sarcoma known as CIC-DUX4. It is similar to Ewing's sarcoma, but is much more aggressive and difficult to treat. His large pelvic tumor also left him unable to walk.
The wonderful people at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, Indiana have done everything in their power to help save Grant's life, but his cancer is now terminal. Grant has decided to continue with a new chemotherapy with the hope that it will give him more time, and we will support him all the way.
Anyone who has known Grant will tell you that he is an exceptional young man. Although Grant has encountered many obstacles over the years, in addition to his ASD, his strength and optimism have never faltered. And despite his prognosis, the difficulties of his cancer treatment, and facing an uphill battle against this aggressive cancer, he remains positive, strong, and has not once uttered a negative word. He is a true testament to the power of character and resilience.
We humbly ask for your assistance as we stand with Grant and his family in their fight against cancer. Your help will go a long way in helping with medical bills, expenses, the costs associated with travel, and assisting in Grant's needs and care going forward.
With humble and grateful hearts, we sincerely thank you for your support.
