Grandpa's Last Hunting Trip

Hi, we are the Parker Family, and Jim Parker  (dad, grandpa, and husband) has been hunting big game for 30 plus years and has never gotten an elk.  This past season, 2016, we took him to Colorado for an elk hunt, hoping he would finally be successful. The trip was tramatic to say the least. Jim is 73 years old, things were difficult, he could not ride the horse into our camp, he ended up hiking for 3.5 hours to get to our camp, weather conditions were not suitable for Jim at this age, and when the opportunity presented itself for him to shoot at an elk he could not get set up due to his physical capabilities. This trip was unsuccessful for him and he will not be able to go on another trip of this nature. 

As his family we are hoping to raise enough money to allow him to go on one more trip next season. The Motherwell Ranch is where we are trying to book his last hunt, it is not a trophy outfitter, yet an outfitter that will accomodate his physical capabilities as well as allowing him a better chance at being successful.  

This would mean so much to us if you could help donate to this cause. Our dad is nearing the end of his big game hunting days due to age and the elements during these hunts. The money raised from this will go towards paying for lodging and the hunt.  We are hoping to send him on this hunt for the 2017 season, but would need to raise the money by June so that we can pay for the hunt.
