Divino’s Relief & Healing Support from Cancer

This is my grandpa Divino, he immigrated to Canada Ontario in 1993 with the help of his wife. Since then he has devoted and worked hard for family back home as well as our immediate family.

He’s sacrificed a lot like all immigrant fathers. He adapted to culture and had his family prioritized more than his health. So much so that he was diagnosed with throat cancer impacting his lymph nodes and arteries in 2006. He was a surviving cancer patient and lived almost 22 years cancer free and went back to work to provide for everyone.

It’s now 2025, unfortunately, we discovered a mass tumor on the back of his tongue, slowly becoming a burden to him and putting him out of work. He has lost almost 40-50 lbs. The family faces difficult times and decisions. We really want him to be able to let him rest without any financial burden for a while.

The funds will be used for his needs, holistic medicines, even to cover for finances that he normally wouldn’t be able to fulfill. Also it takes some weight off the family.

Anything helps, I've thought long and hard about creating a go fund me, and thought “is it really necessary? We can definitely do it”

Then seeing his health deteriorate and not provide as much as we can, We thought to try to have a community help.
