On Monday afternoon my whole world turned upside down. I was visiting my grandparents so my grandpa can meet his brand new grandson and my grandma could see the babies. Sometime Monday afternoon a fire started in the back of my grandparents house. We were able to get everyone out just in time, plus our fur babies. We are all okay and made it out however my grandparents lost everything they worked so hard for. Anyone who knows my grandparents know they would help anyone, and everyone. My grandma is the most giving person I’ve ever had the privilege to know. She is truly a saint. The one thing she loved the most was having a house big enough for her kids and grandkids and great grandkids to come visit. That house is now gone. They deserve the world plus some. A fire is devastating and traumatic no matter the size, but losing everything in your house it’s a very hard thing for anyone to deal with, especially two elderly people in their 80s. We have had so many people reach out and ask what they can do or what they need so I figured that would be the easiest way to make sure that they get what they need and want for their new home and their temporary living situation. Thank you all, so much.
