Grandmothers House Is Falling Apart

My grandmother's house in Albania is falling apart from the foundation to the ceiling. She raised 7 kids in that house including my brother and I and my grandpa built it himself 60 years ago. The house is currently unlivable in, and she is staying with family and friends until she figures something out. 


It's going to cost around $5,000 to fix everything which is a lot of money in Albania. My parents money is all tied up right now and they are unable to do anything to help her. I don't like asking people for help on family financial matters, but I can't live with myself knowing I didn't try to do everything I could to help the person who matters to me the most in this world.
