My name is John Cook. I went to my Grandma's house for Mother's Day and she told me she can't bathe herself in her stand-up shower anymore. She's 84, and the shower is like 3 feet by 3 feet (if that). It's also falling apart. As i took a step in her bathroom, i thought i was going to fall through the floor. There was a little bath rug covering the huge hole in the sub-floor. Extremely dangerous conditions for my sweet little old Abuelita. So being a Licensed General Contractor I'm going to remodel it for her. But i do need some help paying for the materials and labor of my helpers. Here what i need: 2x6's, plywood, 2x4's, Hardi-Backer, Red-Gard waterproofing membrane, Lots of Tile, Thin-set, Grout, Shower pan & drain, shower head and handle, copper pipe, abs pipe, 3 water valves for sink and toilet plus hoses, toilet flange, drywall, paint, vanity w/quartz countertop and sink, faucet, mirror, light, towel bars and safety grab bar, shower seat, baseboard, light switch, Gfi outlet, Shower Bar & Curtain. This project will take me about 6 days in total. When done Grandma will have a beautiful new bathroom, with new BIG Walk-IN shower. Gorgeous tile in shower and on floor New Vanity and Quartz top. Painted and Final Touches to match. All Money Will Go To Grandma's Bathroom Remodel Materials & Labor. I will be working for FREE to try and earn more of Grandma's sweet love and hugs.
