Our Grandmother Sofie was born and raised in Questa, New Mexico. She Met Her Forever Love ,
Joe Manchego and moved to Denver to raise their Family. They were both hard working individuals who also raised numerous foster children and extended family members for 30+ years. Our Grandmother was the Most Selfless, Caring, Understanding, and Compassionate Woman. She Left Countless Lasting Memories to all That were Blessed to know Her.
