Our beloved grandma, Mao V Yang, has just passed this morning, January 29, 2021, due to COVID-19. She was found unresponsive and peacefully laying on her bed. Mao was the sweetest, strongest, and stubborn grandma and mother that we all needed growing up. She taught us so much and we wish to give her the funeral that she deserves amidst COVID-19.

This passing was completely unexpected and surreal for the family members. She left her children, grandchildren and even great-great grandchildren devastated. Mao has been in the hospital several times last year for her health complications and has been fighting Pneumonia, Stomach Ulcers and Severe Arthritis for the past year. She was strong-willed and was definitely not ready to go. It saddens the family at her sudden passing.
