Grandma Elly Service and Family Help

Hi, my name is Sky and I am fund raising for helping my family pay for some of the expenses for my Grandmother’s passing. Her name was Elly. She was an immigrant originally from Germany. She married into the military and eventually made her home in the United States.. She was born on January 27, 1928 and passed on September 11, 2022 at the age of 94. She lived a long life. It was not easy for her growing up. She was born into a hard time in Germany. Despite this, She had a beautiful soul. She was a hard working and very independent woman and put her faith in God. She was diagnosed with vascular dementia several years ago and the time span is unknown. We were able to spend the last of her years as a family and fill her and our hearts and minds with love, laughter, and amazing memories. My mother Debra, has devoted her heart, time, and life to taking care of my Grandma in her own home these last several years. This has affected her income and job in serval ways, but she never let that stop her from taking care of her Mother. These funds will be used to help my Mom with some of the funeral expenses along with helping her get by until we can figure out more. Anything helps, truly.
