Grandma DeGraw's home fund

This page is being started for my Grandma, Jeanne DeGraw, age 86.  My Grandma has served God and others her whole life. Neither she nor my Grandpa have any retirement. She still serves as a substitute teacher for elementary kids. As of late, when my Grandpa passed away last year, she is needing to sell her home and move into an independent living facility, because she just cannot afford to stay in the home. The biggest issue is her financial burden. She lives in a home built in the 1920s. It hasn't been updated or issues fixed for years. She has had her house on the market for many months with hardly anyone coming thru because of the age of the home and it is a huge fixer-upper project. Here is all that I am asking, if we can raise the money to simply pay off her first and second mortgage so that she can either stay in the home at little to no cost per month or be able to sell it for very little so she can move on with her life in an independent community. The home is falling apart from the inside out, so if we can get the mortgage paid off, at least then, she would have social security to pay for things like a plumber to come help her so she can use the upstairs bathroom instead of going down to the basement or to fix the sink so she can wash more than 2 dishes at time before it clogs. Just two minor things I know about from visiting her, it just scracthes the surface.  This support would mean the world to her. She has no idea I am doing this and will probably be embarrased and a little bit upset at me. I know God can provide. The thing is, this website could be a way He provides. God can only lead a moving object, so here is me trying to move and let God work.  This could change my Grandma's life for the next 10-20 years, at least until she reaches that heavenly shore!God Bless!!
