My father, Jeremy, has been admitted into the hospital on Oct 15h for severe stomach pain. He was immediately admitted for Diverticulitis and underwent surgery to remove a portion of colon on the 19th. Unfortunately the repair of the colon has a leak and has caused a number of complications and left us in a position where we are unsure when he will be able to get back to work.

At this point we are all pooling our resources as a family to try and cover both lost wages and new out of pocket medical expenses. The goal amount would represent the wages of the past few weeks followed by the next couple as well as costs for antibiotics and specialists needed in the coming weeks.
