Granddaughter fund

My son is facing an uphill battle. His wife’s unfortunate suicide has made her side of the family sue for custody if his daughter. This tragedy has been further made unbearable by her family in attempting to take her as if her presence will bring back their daughter. He is facing court and legal fees for something he has no reason to go to court for. Any amount raised will go straight to his legal fees. He can’t come home until he goes to court in the state where the family filed for custody. This is a pathetic and sad situation we are in. Thank you.
