Hello Brothers! We all know and love our Grand Poobah, Ralph Saroyan. Each of us can recall a moment, or many moments, when Ralph touched our lives through a thoughtful conversation, kind gesture, or heartwarming hug (and kiss!) He inspires us with his ability to recognize the best in each individual and make each person feel loved. We're granting Grand Poobah a "George Bailey" moment....as he is living a wonderful life and many of us have been personally impacted.
Unfortunately, last weekend Ralph's car was broken into after the conclusion of California Pharmacists Association leader development activities. His laptop and iPad were stolen and his vehicle sustained windshield damage. He has his insurance and his deductible is $2500. Thus, we have decided to spring into action to help our brother--who spent his weekend advocating for students in attendance at the CPhA conference to have their registration covered by pharmacists in attendance -- by creating a fund. We are response-able and it is what we can do to help our 77 year old, diva-like, beloved Fraternal sage.
