My name is Henry Allen, and I lost my father on Christmas Day 2024 to Pulmonary Fibrosis which is a terrible and unforgiving disease.

I am dedicating my upcoming Grand Canyon R3 (Rim to Rim to Rim) to his honor, and using this as an opportunity to support the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
