Granagh Ballingarry GAA - 48 Hour Relay

Granagh / Ballingarry GAA are delighted to launch our 48-hour relay which takes place over the weekend of the 26th to 28th of March.

48 of Granagh / Ballingarry’s players, both past and present, will run / walk in 1-hour slots continuously over the weekend, starting at 3pm on Friday March the 26th and finishing on Sunday, March the 28th at 4pm.

Each player will run/walk for an hour within their own 5k to adhere to level 5 restrictions.

Moneys raised will go towards Granagh / Ballingarry GAA (50%), Granagh National School (25%) and Ballingarry National School (25%).

We would like to thank you in advance for your support during these tough times. We encourage all people, both near and far, to get involved by getting out for a walk / run for one hour anytime over the weekend. This is something that all the family can do together as part of this community wide event.

We look forward to seeing all the selfies and photos from the people of the parish - locally, nationally and internationally who take up this challenge. Post your pics online, tag Granagh / Ballingarry GAA and use the hashtag: #GB48
