Gramma Síle is seeking funds for her Transsexual Affirmation Surgery.

Síle is deeply invested in crafting magical futures in the high desert by rooting deeply into her canyon home and building community through open and honest relationships.

After 22 years of being out as trans, she has decided to proceed with surgery to affirm her Transsexuality (she doesn't need to affirm her gender). Preparing for it is a long and costly road and she's seeking community support to get through it successfully.

As always, Gramma Síle returns any investment in her back to the community in spades. She hosts events, shares stories, cares for friends, and provides unique opportunities for transformational experiences not found elsewhere. An investment in Gramma Síle is an investment in the community of the Morongo Basin.

She is seeking surgery in early 2027, but has to switch to a much more expensive insurance plan in order to go with a more experienced surgeon. There are several different steps of surgery prep that take 6-12 months.

Initial fundraiser goal is to cover the increased cost of insurance premiums and deductibles for the first part of 2026.

Síle is open to sharing more info on surgery with friends who reach out to her. This is not the "normal" surgery you may be thinking of.
