Hi, my name is Billie Sartorius. My mom recently passed away on 3/15/23 from Metastisized Colon Cancer. She thought that she had done the responsible thing by taking out a life insurance policy. Unfortunately, had she lived another 2 months that life insurance policy would have paid its full benefits which would have covered the funeral home costs. Due to the timing of her passing the policy only paid $860 which comes nowhere close to the funds needed.

My family and I have lost several loved ones in a very short period of time and have suffered so much loss, heartache and stress. We also live paycheck to paycheck and were not expecting this financial burden as we were relying on life insurance to cover this expense.

It does not feel right to me to ask for financial help but my mom was loved by many people and I know that there are several who would be honored to assist in this situation. My family and I would appreciate any help and support that others are comfortable to offer to this cause.

We will be planning a celebration of life sometime after Memorial Day in Phoenix, AZ. We are selecting this time period so that the forest roads up North will be open so that we can lay some of her ashes with my brother Corey Lynch in the tree that we planted when he was taken from us.
