All too often, my heart breaks when I see how those seeking safety and sanctuary are treated.

Advocacy and care for Refugees is more important now that it has ever been. That's why its so important we support those treating others with respect and dignity - those who offer hope and work to provide safety and give a voice to Refugees and those seeking international protection. Those who do the right thing, the decent thing, the sound thing amid the noise.

I'm running in the Paris Marathon on Sunday, April 7th and hope to raise some money in aid of the Irish Refugee Council - every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
