Education Fund for Graham Pechtl (Sam's son)

Graham's dad, Sam, unexpectedly passed away late Monday April 5 after being diagnosed with leukemia on Easter Sunday.
We know that Sam would want to ensure that his son, Graham, is taken care of.
This gofundme is solely set up to support Graham's education. Without Sam, this will be an additional expense and burden that should be lifted off the shoulders of Brittney and Graham.
We are devasted about the loss of our friend and worried about how Graham will process this information in the future.
For those that do not feel comfortable contributing to the gofundme, a custodial account for Graham has now been established at Edward Jones. I will provide an account number and instructions on how to contribute shortly. Please note that a custodial account means that 100% of the funds belong to Graham. After speaking with Brittney, we determined that this was the appropriate route instead of the 529 because under a 529 the beneficiary can be changed and that is something Brittney does NOT want to happen. Once again the funds will belong to Graham from day one under the custodial account.

You can also drop a check off to any Edward Jones office and reference the same account number.
