On the 18th of November 2020 tragedy struck the Graham family when their house in Cavan was completely destroyed by a fire. Luckily no family members were injured but due to the rapid spread of the fire they were only able to escape with the clothing on their backs. All pets escaped unharmed except for the family goldfish.
The family household is comprised of Peter (Dad) and Robyn (Mom), as well as their children Hannah, Abigail, Nehemiah, Isaiah, Elisabeth, Magdalene, Joel, and Ezrah.
The Graham family is close knit and well engrained in their local community as well as Peterborough. At this time they need the help of their community to help rebuild their lives as they have lost their house and all of their personal belongings. Hannah is a nuclear engineer PHD Candidate and lost her complete thesis in the fire.
Numerous individual's and agency's are currently assisting with providing basic necessities such as clothing, food, and shelter.
Anyone who has been through a tragedy like this knows that on top of the emotional impact there are enormous financial implications especially for a large family like the Graham's.
It is understandable that this time of year can be very difficult for families especially with Covid. If you can assist with even just a a dollar it would go a long way to helping the Graham family rebuild their lives.
