Graham Dennis has lost everything

Hi my name is Marc and I am fund raising for Graham Dennis
One of the most generous humans we know is lying in hospital with nothing but three pairs of socks, two shirts, a pair of jeans and two hoodies to his name.
On October 24 Graham Dennis was trapped by fire in his caravan resulting in 51% of his body being badly burned… along with everything he owned… except the list above. No ID. No phone. Nothing but a few clothes that were hanging on the clothesline. His Caravan is a twist of blackened aluminium.
He’s been in hospital for about eight weeks now. In a coma for two or more and now awake and cheerful despite regular skin grafts and dressing changes.
Despite the pain and medication that dulls his senses, the nurses are loving him and his stories
It’s kind of ironic that he would literally give you the shirt off his back and here he is, naked and wrapped like a mummy, with a smile on his face and concern for everyone providing him with care. Staff, family, visitors
He has done what he can to help anyone he can. His neighbours at the caravan park rely on him to fix… well, just about anything that’s broken or not working. He loves and supports everyone he is able at the Choir of High Hopes. He cooks for them and sings with them… and considers them all family.
He could do with some help… though he’d never ask for it. It’s part of the reason he’s in the predicament he’s in. He gives and gives... of his time and of anything he has. It’s left him with not much and now nothing at all to speak of... and a year or more of rehab.
If you can help, he’ll be embarrassed and grateful, and uncomfortable and relieved… and he’ll probably shed a tear. He expects nothing of anyone, but he could really do with a hand right now.
