graft versus host disease

We are giving the very sad news that Oscar Ovando passed away Friday March 1st, surrounded by loving family and friends. He fought a very strong battle against his GRAFT versus HOST DISEASE that was caused by his bone marrow transplant, given by his brother several years ago to try to cure Oscar's leukemia. While Oscar, with his beautiful, comforting smile always bounced back in the past, this time the disease was too strong. We want to honor Oscar's last wish to be flown back to and buried in Guatemala. Please join in this effort to help this wonderful soul who always helped so many others.    

I hereby inform you that Mr. Oscar Ovando Has been admitted to the Mass general hospital more than a week ago. Thank God he is recovering slowly. Oscar has condition called, GRAFTS VERSUS HOST DISEASE. The conditions has affected his liver, longs and kidneys. This disease was caused due to his previous bone marrow transplant that happened a few years back. Oscar be out work recovering. your family and friends are trying to recover fund for the treatment.
