Grae Therapy has been open for five years in the heart of NYC, Union Square. We couldn’t be prouder of what you’ve helped us accomplish in such a short period of time. We’ve been able to serve and heal hundreds of people because of the support and love of those that believe in our mission and vision.
A couple of months ago we were presented with the chance to expand our practice. Our landlord said, "There’s a vacancy down the hall and we know you guys want to expand." This offer reminded us of our dream of creating a wellness and health space that extends beyond massage recovery. We had days to make a decision, and the way the energy was aligning, we knew this was something to explore. Our dream was standing in front of us and to not dive in wasn’t an option, so here we are. We signed the lease for Grae Wellness Lounge and opened our doors Monday, May 20th.
Grae Wellness Lounge in an inclusive space that provides holistic and modern wellness experiences expressed through classes, private services, workshops, events, and interactive activities. Our mission is to normalize living a conscious lifestyle in all communities through these multifaceted experiences. We have a talented and diverse wellness group of wellness practitioners that are ready to serve. Our team is essential to our growing community, encouraging authenticity, transformation, and alignment of the mind, body, and spirit.
We challenge you to diversify your wellness experiences (#diversifyyourwellness) and visit Grae Wellness Lounge as well as support diversity in wellness (#diversityinwellness) in the form of a donation or by sharing our story with others. As with all new ventures, capital is needed to get us off the ground.
