Grady Hanson Educational Trust

On April 4th, 2022, Shannon (Costello) Hanson passed away due to breast cancer at the age of 47 leaving behind her son Grady, husband Don and many others who loved her.  Link to Shannon's obituary. 

 

Shannon's greatest joy in life was being a loving and active mother to Grady. Nothing made her happier than the simpler moments of motherhood. Bike rides to get ice cream, trips to the library, and kayak and wave runner rides at the family summer house in Wisconsin.

 

In memory of Shannon's life and her love for Grady, we have established the Grady Hanson Educational Trust to support his current and future educational needs. Grady is an active and loving 13-year-old who absolutely loves school, bowling and track and will be going into 8th grade this fall. Because Grady is special needs student, he will require additional educational and developmental support throughout his life and the funds raised through this Trust will help support these additional needs, which can be financially burdensome.
