My name is Justin Cotten, and I am the founder of Gradual Grind. Gradual Grind is a lifestyle brand that aims to progressively serve the community by providing educational and athletic enrichment opportunities. The first initiative will be the Gradual Grind Scholarship. The scholarship will be granted to 3 High School Seniors in the DMV area. Each student must be planning to attend a Historically Black College in the Fall of 23', pursuing a degree in a business sector (Sports Management, Finance, ect.). I will be donating $1000 personally. The goal is to raise an additional $2000 for each student to receive at least $1000.
