Hi, I'm Gracie! I'm a transmasc nonbinary artist in need of help funding my top surgery + recovery scheduled for this September.

I've been living proudly as nonbinary for almost 10 years, but the dysphoria and discomfort I experience around my chest have been a part of my life since I began puberty. It was something I didn't have the language for until I began to learn about the trans experience and explore my own gender. I'm so grateful for the freedom and love that's been introduced into my life from the queer community and my discovery of myself! I now find myself in the position of needing to turn to that community for help. My surgery is covered by my insurance, but the surgeon's office has let me know I can expect to pay my full maximum out-of-pocket limit on my plan, which comes out to 8,660. The funds from this campaign will go toward that total, as well as living costs related to the time I will have to take off from work to recover.
