My name is Debbie Long and I am raising funds for an MRI for Gracie, my rescue. I rescued Gracie on February 9th, 2025. Her previous owners had her locked up in a crate for 3 years, and Gracie’s legs were paralyzed. When I looked at her big brown eyes, I had to save her. I knew it’d be a challenge, especially at my age, but what else could I do?

I’ve had her in physical therapy, acupuncture, and treadmill water exercises. She was finally starting to walk little steps with a little dragging, but just a few days ago, she had a setback. She started having severe pain and trembling and completely stopped walking altogether. I have an MRI scheduled because her veterinarian cannot find why she’s in so much pain and so sad. I cannot afford this on my own, and my friend advised me to create this GoFundMe page and tell Gracie’s story.

The MRI facility where I have the appointment is Specialists in Companion Animal Neurology on Wednesday at 9:15 am. Please, let’s pray they find the cause, and thank you for your help! May God bless your hearts ❤️
