Dear Friends, Family, and Community,

I’m reaching out today on behalf of my 17-year-old cousin, Gracie, and my Uncle Mike, who has been by her side every step of the way.

Gracie was born with Trisomy 21 (Down syndrome) and has faced more medical challenges in her young life than most people endure in a lifetime. Within the first month of being born, she underwent open-heart surgery for a valve replacement. Over the years, she has battled Crohn’s disease and endured multiple complications and procedures. Despite all of this, Gracie has always met life with strength, resilience, and a bright spirit that inspires everyone who knows her.

In January 2025, our family received the devastating news that Gracie was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder. She has faced every treatment and procedure with courage.

Update on Gracie:

We are heartbroken to share that Gracie’s condition has worsened, and after a long and courageous fight, she has now been placed on comfort care.

The funds raised through this GoFundMe will now help our family cover funeral expenses and support my Uncle Mike during this devastating time.
