Hi,my name is Antoninho Soares Martins I am Gracia Dad.

our beautiful baby girl was born 14 weeks prematurely on the 9th September. She was born looking like she had stepped out of the salon with her perfect eyebrows and sweeping long lashes. She needed full life support and fought bravely to stay with us for 8 weeks and 1 day. She had many challenges in her short life. She had damage to her brain, her heart was failing but she continued to show her strength. She developed 3 different infections which but extra pressure on her tiny body. Sadly she died peacefully in our arms at 11pm on 10th November. Our hearts are broken since she passed but we want to make sure that we honour her by laying her to rest with our family in East Timor. We need your help to raise the funds for her repatriation. If you can help us get her home in any way you can we will be eternally greatful.
