On Saturday, May 8, 2021, Graci lost her battle with heart disease and won her angel wings.

She was born with congenital heart disease and, during her life, it progressed to multiple organ dysfunction/failure. She had nine open-heart surgeries and one brain surgery. During all these trials, Graci never complained or had self-pity. She was brave, resilient, and had spirit that shone brighter than any other.

She always had a kind heart and a great sense of humor. Everyone that knew Graci loved her. She was always thinking of other people and impacted so many lives. 

Heaven gained a very special angel Saturday and her family lost their very special Miss Graci Sassy Pants. Their lives will forever be changed. 

Due to her health complications Graci was never eligible for life insurance which has made an already difficult situation even more so.
