Grace’s fundraiser for Aching arms

Myself and my partner Alexander have chosen to do something to give back to one of the charities which have been very supportive during our time at St Thomas hospital after losing our daughter Grace.

To give everyone some background on our story I was 27 +4 days pregnant rolling into my final trimester and gearing up to add another little girl to the family, unfortunately I suddenly went into hospital due to a full placenta abruption which later lead to my little girl being born early and also too small to make it. This is a journey of constant emotions and we feel very strongly on wanting to give back to all of the charities that have been so supportive and there for us on our journey so far.

We will be aiming to achieve 60 miles in the month of October to support and acknowledge baby loss this month.

Every penny will be in aid of Aching Arms and every donation will help.

We would like to Thank you all in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so so much to us.

More information about Aching Arms: Aching Arms is a baby loss charity run by a group of bereaved parents who have experienced the pain and emptiness of leaving hospital without their much wanted baby.
Our aim is to raise awareness of the impact of pregnancy and baby loss and bring some comfort to bereaved parents and their families after the loss of a baby.
We provide Aching Arms bears to hospitals for midwives to give out. We also reach out to bereaved families who contact us via our website, email, Facebook or Twitter
