I have a story to tell you of a dear friend of mine and her 9 year struggle with infertility. Her name, Grace. Her character, only the most sweet and selfless person that I know. She has undoubtably, the most deserving maternal heart but has experienced only disappointment and loss.

Gracie and her husband have been trying to conceive and carry a baby for the past 9 years.  After over a dozen medication cycles, 2 miscarriages, surgery to help with tubal issues and then most recently, a failed IVF cycle, Grace still finds the strength to keep trying.

What's more, Grace is a labor and delivery nurse. Through all of this, she chooses to spend her days helping others become mothers right before her eyes, desperate to be in their shoes but genuinely delighted to share in their miracle. THAT kind of resilience is rare and not to be underestimated. However, currently Grace and her husband have exhausted their finances in the recent round of IVF that they had endured and it will take upwards of a year to save enough money for a second cycle of IVF. They also have an open heart to adoption, but that is costly too. Please consider helping Grace become a mother, as she has helped so many. My words fail in describing her goodness and merit, she truely deserves the gift of motherhood.
