After the success of the Grace of Wisdom 2023 fundraiser , I am launching a new campaign to publish two inspiring books by Pandit Rajmani Tigunait in German through my small independent publishing house Agni Verlag: Touched by Fire (his spiritual autobiography) and Inner Quest. With your support we aim to raise 4,500 € to publish the first book and an additional 5,000 € for the second. Together we can bring the wisdom of the Himalayan tradition to many more German-speaking seekers.

Dear friends and fellow seekers of truth within,

my name is Michael Nickel. I am a scientist, a spiritual seeker, a yoga and meditation teacher and the founder of the German independent small-scale publishing house Agni Verlag (“Agni Press”), dedicated to publishing German editions of the profound works of the masters of the Himalayan Tradition.

In 2023, many of you supported the crowdfunding campaign “Grace of Wisdom”, which made it possible to publish German editions of several inspiring books by Swami Rama and Pandit Rajmani Tigunait. Your generosity helped bring the living wisdom of the Himalayan tradition to seekers throughout the German-speaking world. For this support I remain deeply grateful.

Today I am reaching out again with a new initiative:

Grace of Wisdom 2026 – Two Books to Inspire German Seekers

The aim of this campaign is to prepare, produce, and publish German editions of two powerful books by Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, which will become available in 2026 once the initial production funding is secured:

Touched by Fire – The Life and Spiritual Journey of Pandit Rajmani Tigunait (Autobiography)

Inner Quest - yoga's answers to life's questions

Both books carry a rare blend of personal experience, spiritual depth, and practical wisdom. They illuminate the path of inner transformation and offer authentic guidance rooted in the Himalayan Tradition.

Through Agni Verlag, my aspiration is to make these works accessible to German-speaking seekers who may not be able to access them in English. Translating, editing, designing, and printing such books is a labor of love — but also a significant financial undertaking for a small independent publisher like me.

Funding milestones

This campaign will unfold in two steps:

First milestone: 4,500 €

to finalize translation, editing, design, and printing of “Touched by Fire.”

Goal to be reached asap to eventually get the book out by Panditjis birthday in May!

Second milestone: additional 5,000 €

to bring “Inner Quest” into print as the next German edition.

Goal to be reached by September for a fall release of the book.

Every contribution helps transform these books from manuscripts and translations into physical volumes that can reach readers, students, and spiritual aspirants throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

I like to call such works “Grace of Wisdom” — books that carry the living transmission of a timeless tradition and can illuminate the inner path for those who seek guidance in challenging times.
