Grace McCarter's 30th birthday gift

Hi friends!

 

So as you may know, it’s Grace’s 30th birthday on 22 August. As her partner of 4 years, I want to get her something really special to mark the occasion. For the past few years, Grace has been absolutely obsessed with the Australian artist Paul Snell since we saw his work in Hobart. Her favourite piece is called 'Hover', it’s a little out of my price range at $5300.

So, I had the idea to get a bunch of her friends and family to go in together on a present she’d absolutely love - and every time she looks at it on the wall, she’ll be reminded of all the lovely people in her life! My plan is to also do up a big card with everyone’s name on it and surprise her on the day (I will check that it’s the right piece before I pull the trigger).
