Our chosen charity for 2025 is Teen Challenge N.I.

Teen Challenge N.I. is a registered charity and operates across N.I. to help people who have developed life controlling problems, especially drug and alcohol addictions, and also to offer preventative help to those who may be in danger of doing so.

Their goal is to help people become mentally, physically, and socially sound. The charity is built on Christian values and believes that “everybody deserves the opportunity to live free and to become everything they were created to be”.

Local teams in N.I. reach people through flexible meeting spaces, one of which includes buses which have been converted into coffee shops. This initiative brings people on board and explains the programme to those trapped in addiction and offers food and clothes.

Furthermore, Hope Chapel Lane located in Belfast, offers counselling and helps people of all ages trapped in addiction and homelessness, through spirit led service and food banks three times a week.
