Help send Tatay Nelson back Home

My name is Felda Ryder. It took me 2 years to get my Parents from the Philippines here in America. My Mama arrive last November 2016 and Papa Nelson arrived December 2016. Although it was not such a rough winter here in Delaware, Oh , it was for my parents who came from a warm country. But my Dad who's always been a happy trouper takes it all in stride. He couldn't wait to work. I had a hard time finding him a job. My Papa is uneducated (can barely read or write)and can only speak and understand limited English. I finally got him a part time job at Habitat for humanity in Delaware through the AARP program at Jobs &Family services. He started six weeks ago. He was so happy. He loves his job. His bosses at Habitat likes how much of a good worker he is. From what little earning he has, he started buying 2nd hand shoes from Goodwill stores and yard sales. He promised a lot of needy & poor kids that lives in the squatters area in our neighborhood in the Philippines. He promised them that when he comes back home, he will give them each a pair of shoes. These kids play basketball in their slippers. They don't even go to school because their families couldn't afford it. Most of the time they are in our house in the Philippines for food. Our small house is open to all who are hungry. And these kids grows up knowing that. We don't operate a charitable place. We're just one family who's house is willing to share the food that we have in our table to those who needs it. My Papa had the most kindest and biggest heart of all people that I know and met. Unfortunately that heart did not let him fulfill his promise to those kids. He died in a sudden heart attack yesterday morning May 8, 2017. His happiness is to see those kids smile when he comes home and give those kids a pair of shoes. Please HELP ME FULFILL HIS WISHES. I'm not only asking monetary help to send his body back to the Philippines. But also to ask if anybody has an extra pair of shoes that they're willing to give to those kids. My DAD, My PAPA, the neighborhood (TATAY). He is called Tatay (father) by every people in our neighborhood. Because he is Father to everyone there. He would greatly appreciate this. We all would.
