Hi, my name is Ella, and I’m 10 years old.

I’m doing a 2km run to raise money for something really close to my heart — a special headstone for my baby nephew, Charlie, who was born sleeping.

Even though Charlie never got to take a breath in this world, he’s loved so much by all of us. I never got to meet him, but I think about him all the time. He’s part of our family, and I want to help make sure he’s never forgotten.

Right now, Charlie doesn’t have a proper headstone where we can visit him, see his name, and leave flowers. I want to change that. I decided to do this run to raise money for a headstone that will honor his memory and show how loved he is.

My goal is to raise £500 to help pay for Charlie’s headstone. I’ll be running 2km with all my heart, and I hope that with your support, we can make this happen together.
