My name is Jaz I'm almost 6 and I can't wait to go to big school next year. I am in a wheelchair and need help with everything from my family. Mummy and Daddy's car is too small for me now, and doesn't fit my wheelchair and all the equipment I need (sometimes Daddy gets left behind because he can't fit in the car with me and all my stuff).
My Christmas wish is that we can get a bigger special modified car so my family and I can go places together :) Thanks Jaz xo
