Hi, my name is Britney. I’m starting this fundraiser because on Tuesday, August 15th 2023, Jonathan O’Hearn was in a near fatal accident while riding his bike. He was riding downhill at around 25 mph when a car swerved into the bike lane. He collided with the front right side of the car, flipped over the car, and landed directly on his neck / head. He has two fractures in his neck, three in his spine, and had to receive around 200+ staples / stitches on his head as part of his scalp reconstructive surgery. Thankfully, there is no brain damage and he’s on the road to hopefully make a full recovery. However, there are some hardships that come along with such a traumatic experience. Jon is unable to work for the foreseeable future. Without any income, he will unfortunately be losing his apartment. On top of that he can’t afford his daily / monthly expenses, let alone the medical bills that are increasing by the second. If anyone who loves Jonathan and/or is in a financial position to provide any assistance, I know he would appreciate it. Please keep Jon in your thoughts as he has a long road of healing and tribulations ahead.
