Hello friends, this is Adrian. I’ve been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and as a result my spine has been weakened. This has complicated my situation and now requires a surgery of my spine. On top of that, I’ve also been having difficulty because 2 days after I was admitted to the hospital I became infected with Whooping Cough which causes me pain when I get violent cough attacks and creates a greater risk to potentially harm my weak spine.

I’m a seasonal construction worker and unfortunately my work season was just starting when I became ill, causing a huge financial burden for my family’s livelihood. I don’t know how long I will be in the hospital and fighting cancer as well as recovering from my spinal surgery, creating great financial stress for my family. As you can imagine, as the sole provider for my family this causes me great distress as I lay on this hospital bed.
