Hi! We at Alpha Chapter are raising money for one of our sisters! Sophia is the epitome of an AOII, inspiring ambition in our chapter and on campus. Sophia is a current senior and Director of Academics for Alpha Chapter. Outside of Alpha, she is the founder and president of a major club on campus (Girls Who Lift), premedical student, conducts research at the university, volunteers at the local hospital, and works part-time all while being first-generation low-income. This year, Barnard decreased her financial aid scholarship putting even more pressure on her.

Sophia received the Fall 2025 Alpha Grant which covered approximately $200 of her dues. The Corporation Fee is $259 and we are not allowed to use chapter funds to cover it. Her remaining dues of this year (Chapter, Corp, International) amount to around $400. Anything would be appreciated to help her!

Any additional funds raised will be utilized to offer other Alphas aid when they face hard times.
