Back Surgery Due to Car Accident

A few weeks ago I was involved in a car accident. Someone rear ended me going 50 MPH and doesn’t have insurance. I don’t have full coverage so I am not getting much medical help from my insurance. I need to have my 5th back surgery now because they knocked a screw loose. I am in a lot of pain which makes it hard on me with having 2 kids (almost 2 yr old and a 4 month old) to care for. Unfortunately, to have this back surgery my insurance is requiring me to do a $4,000 deposit since I haven’t met my deductible. I will unfortunately have to be out of work for a bit as well. I really want to be able to have this surgery so I can go back to playing with my kids like any mother wants to do. I can barely lift them up or chase my daughter around the house. If I can have this surgery I will be out of work for a little bit and since I just used up my PTO from my maternity leave not to long ago, I won’t get fully paid while I am out.
