Hi, my name is Sharon and I am fundraising to pay for my mums medical bills. My mum was travelling from Wales in the UK to come see myself and her grandkids for Christmas, she has done this many times before and even though she is 76 years young she still still puts herself through 24 hours of travel just to spend a few precious months with me her daughter as she knows we cannot afford the price of 4 to travel to the UK. This time however has not gone quite so smothly, mum had a turn on her flight over and has ended up in hospital in Dubai. Like many she couldnt afford travel insurance and didnt think she would need it. They have found a blood clot on her lung so she cannot fly until its gone which means at least a weeks stay in Dubai on her own in a foreign country she is petrified especially given her age. They have told her no insurance after 7 days they will put her in a hostel so we need to get payment through as soon as possible. Any help would be very very much appreciated, I would love to fly over and accompany her back home but that is not possible at the moment, but if I can get help to cover her bills thats would be a great help.
