I am currently trying to raise funds for my mom, Amy, who was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma (breast cancer) in September. She had to undergo a bilateral mastectomy in December, which made her unable to work for 8 weeks. Unfortunately, she has had many complications from the surgery and has already required a 1 week hospital admission and 2 revision surgeries. She will need at least 2 more surgeries in the next few month. My mom works as a school nurse and has been unable to work due to these complications. Anything helps for her medical bills and other expenses.
