Hello, I am Chris. I was injured in an auto accident in October 2023. I have been on short term disability since November 2023. Short term disability has denied my claim. I am currently in litigation as a result. I have not received any funds for over 8 weeks. My bank accounts are empty, I'm in a position to lose my place and car. I am severely behind on my bills and am financially destitute. Any and all funds from this will assist in being able to stay in my place and hopefully keep my car & utilities on. This is my last resort.
